Is an essential process, allowing our clients to be in control of their own business or project, whilst we take control of the mundane issues on your behalf, we will communicate with you at regular pre-planned intervals and acknowledge all communication from you at the earliest opportunity. Communicate and participation is welcomed from our clients enabling One Events Team and your Employees to provide an efficient and effective service.

Our objective is to provide solutions to problems that arise whilst working with you the client to overcome them with minimal disruption to the event or service. To overcome problematic issues our team our consistent, reliable, Knowledgeable, resilient and have experience in a wide spectrum of scenario’s.
Accuracy
All information and any recommendations provided will be fact based or best practice available at the time. Where legislation or industry codes of Practice change we will endeavour to inform you at the earliest
opportunity. Attention to detail and investigative information of our team is based on years of experience.
